Free education and exercises for your spine.  Every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:00pm we donate our time so that we can improve the health of our zip code!  Donate time to your spine and learn with us.  You can even bring a friend!  Please call our office today to join the next spinal workshop or to get more information.   Currently they are being posted on our YouTube rather than in-person.
